Canis took over the One of a Kind Pasta & Grill, located on 746 Queen Street West.  They gutted the whole interior and gave a fresh clean modern look.  Menu is a 4-course tasting menu with 3 choices of seasonally inspired options for each course for $65 per person.

Chef and staff are formerly from Shangri-La BOSK which explained why our server Rachel provided such great hospitality. Table top are cleaned between each course and napkins are folded when you leave the table – which you don’t get nowadays even in some fine dining restaurants. And each course are well explained in detailed without cheat notes.

Toronto being such a multi-culture city, it’s refreshing to see a Korean chef,  Jeff Kang redefining Canadian cuisine.  Each dish are very clean that focus on the main ingredient.  All the courses are fabulous, you can read the descriptions on the photo for highlights on each dish. This place is definitely one of our fav in 2017!
