While many restaurants come and go, Canoe is one of the few restaurant in Toronto that’s been able to stand the test of time – keeping up with the food trend and food quality.  Last year, Canoe celebrated its’ 20th anniversary.  This year, they introduced a new tasting menu – Taste Acadia.  The menu represents recipes and culinary tradition that were born out of necessity centuries ago and continue to be celebrated across Canada today.  Since we had visitors from Hong Kong, what’s a better way to kill two birds with one stone – experience Canadian cuisine with a breathtaking view of Toronto.
